As trends change we have the need to refurbish maybe one room or an apartment block to perhaps be more efficient in insulating or acoustics. We have experience in all types of refurbishments.

We work with asphalt contractors and can arrange anything from a resurface to a new driveway. Various surfaces and edgings can be can be specified to compliment your property. With so many materials available for patios and landscaping we can design to suit all budgets.

We carry out regular maintenance on a varied range of properties, from painting to re-roofing. This can be from our in house team or a trusted list of subcontractors depending on the work.

Insurance Work

We also attend to works relating to insurance claims, from temporary repairs, reports and costings to the finished job.
